Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is defined as a implanted outside of the endometrial cavity and one leading causes maternal morbidity mortality during first trimester. There are several risk factors ectopic have been described especially following ART. However, prevalence varied slightly higher in pregnancies Several mechanisms EP Serial serum beta hCG pelvic sonographic screening facilitates early diagnosis avoid delay to initiate treatment for ART patients. No particular modality shown be superior EP. In this case, we reported two cases tubal Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)-Embryo Transfer (ET) which were successfully managed without complications by laparoscopic salpingectomy our own practice present management approach future with focus on fetal surveillance.
